If a crawl fails or a check looks wrong, include the version of the extension (listed on the chrome://extensions or edge://extensions page), the URL you crawled, the browser you use and a screenshot of what you saw. If you can, export the crawl to a file and attach it. The file holds the audit data only, never your settings or credentials.
Suggesting a check
Tell us what you want to catch and, if possible, an example page that has the problem. Most of the checks in SEO Checker, from the accessibility category to the orphan-page report, started as an email like that.
What to expect
We read every message and usually answer within two working days. Release notes are on the news page. If SEO Checker saves you time, a review on the Chrome Web Store helps other people find it.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we never see the sites you crawl. The one exception is the AI audit summary, which sends a compact digest of the audit results to our service so it can write the summary; you can turn it off in the extension settings.
